Our founder, Bianca Williams, is a knowledgeable freelance makeup artist who has been passionate about applying and teaching everyday makeup applications for the past five years. Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, a retainer of 30% of the service cost is required to secure your slot. This retainer is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time. The retainer will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. In the case of a no-show, the card on file will be charged for the remaining amount due for the service. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all our clients.
